1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to https://vichitrastore.com and purchases from the Vichitra brand, operated by [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY / PROPRIETOR NAME]. By ordering, you accept the applicable Terms and the clearly disclosed Shipping, Return/Refund, Cancellation, Payment and Privacy policies. If a mandatory consumer right conflicts with these Terms, applicable law prevails.

2. Product Model and Availability

Some products are manufactured or printed on demand through fulfilment partners. Availability, sizes, colours, design variants and expected dispatch dates are shown on the product page and may change before we accept an order.

We may reject a fraudulent, impossible or materially erroneous order before acceptance; if prepaid, any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.

3. Product Information and Sizing

We aim to present accurate product photos, descriptions, fabric information, sizes, print placement, prices and care instructions. Colour can vary slightly by display calibration and normal production processes, but material differences from the ordered description are eligible for remedy.

Please select the size using the specific product’s chart; not all garment styles have the same sizing. Any permissible manufacturing tolerance must not be used to deny statutory remedies for incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

4. Checkout and Contract Formation

A checkout acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order, not guaranteed acceptance. An order is accepted when we issue acceptance/processing confirmation or commence fulfilment. We will notify you if a product cannot be supplied and offer available lawful remedies.

You are responsible for providing correct contact details and a deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an order confirmation has incorrect information.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Offers

Prices are displayed in INR. The total amount payable, applicable tax treatment, shipping and COD or other charges must be shown before the final order is placed. We do not add undisclosed compulsory charges after checkout.

Promotions are governed by their displayed validity, eligibility and exclusions. We do not use misleading crossed-out prices, false scarcity or hidden paid additions. The price of an already accepted order will not be increased unilaterally.

6. Payment and Fulfilment

Orders may be paid using payment methods displayed at checkout. COD is available only at eligible PIN codes and for eligible orders. Our Payment & Pricing Policy describes any COD fee.

Dispatch estimates start after payment/verification and any necessary customer confirmation. Expected delivery information is given in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation and modification depend on production status. As print-on-demand garments may be made for individual orders, voluntary size or change-of-mind exchanges may be unavailable. This restriction does not remove the customer’s rights if goods are defective, wrong, damaged, materially misdescribed or undelivered in breach of applicable obligations.

8. User Conduct and Content

Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse checkout or payment systems, interfere with the website, post unlawful content, or upload artwork that you do not have permission to use.

Any customer-supplied designs must be lawful and not infringe third-party rights. We may decline illegal or infringing content and arrange an appropriate remedy for affected orders.

9. Intellectual Property and Marketing

The Vichitra name, visual identity, original product artworks, site copy, photos and website elements belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal shopping but may not copy protected material for resale or redistribution without permission.

We only republish customer reviews, submitted photos or testimonials for advertising where we have an appropriate permission or lawful basis. All intellectual-property rights remain subject to applicable law.

10. Support, Liability and Disputes

We remain responsible for meeting our consumer obligations, including eligible refunds and remedies, even when production, payment or delivery is carried out by a third party.

We are not responsible for events genuinely outside reasonable control to the extent permitted by law, but we will communicate material disruption and assist customers. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.
