1. Currency and Accepted Payment Methods

All displayed product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Checkout shows currently enabled payment methods, which may include UPI, cards, net banking, supported wallets and Cash on Delivery where available. The payment gateway/provider is identified during checkout.

Payment credentials are entered only on authorised, secure payment interfaces; Vichitra will never ask for CVV, ATM PIN, UPI PIN or OTP by email, WhatsApp or telephone.

2. Total Price and Taxes

The cart/checkout must clearly disclose applicable item prices, discounts, GST/tax treatment, shipping, COD handling and any other mandatory amounts before the customer confirms the purchase. No pre-ticked paid extras or undisclosed costs will be added.

Invoices and product displays will contain mandatory seller/product declarations as applicable, including MRP, net quantity, manufacturer/packer/importer details and country of origin where required.

3. Current Shipping and COD Offer

The current published shipping offer is free standard shipping on qualifying prepaid orders above ₹999. A ₹60 COD charge is published for eligible COD orders. The actual shipping or COD charges applicable to your order are shown before you place the order.

The standard shipping amount for prepaid orders below the free-shipping threshold, if any, is displayed at checkout; no specific flat rate is promised here.

4. Failed Payments and Duplicate Charges

If a payment appears deducted but an order was not confirmed, contact VichitraaPrints@gmail.com with the transaction reference and order details. Do not disclose confidential bank authentication details. We will check the payment status and reconcile valid duplicate or unsuccessful charges with the provider.

A refund for an incorrect collection will be issued after reconciliation without unreasonable delay, subject to the time needed by banks/payment networks.

5. Offers, Discount Codes and Price Reductions

Promotion conditions, expiry, eligible products, minimum spends, combinations and limits will be shown clearly. We may end or correct an unaccepted offer, but we do not retroactively change prices on accepted orders without legal grounds.

Any promotional price comparisons will follow applicable pricing disclosure requirements. Sponsored product placements will be identified where required, and we do not use intentionally misleading countdowns or scarcity representations.

6. Chargebacks, Fraud and Support

For an unauthorised charge, contact your bank/payment provider immediately and notify Vichitra support. We may temporarily pause suspected fraudulent orders while reviewing them lawfully. Refund eligibility remains governed by consumer law and our published refund policy.
